BlessUP Be Adventurous Friday, business soul friends!
Got a challenge? A bottleneck? Don’t just escalate and wait to be fed with answers. Empower yourself to do more and be more. You’re not just a cog worker, you are a c r e a t i v e mind. You build, you innovate, and you solve challenges— an ARTist in your own profession.
When you are stuck or when you do not know the path forward, turn to your own experiences, to your own learnings and skills, and even to your personal preferences or perhaps the industry trends. What do you believe is the best next step to take? Lean in and bring your solutions to the table. Even when you’re not asked, even if your idea requires big work, let your thoughts be known.
Be bold and utilize your business soul gifts. Take it from Disney’s top leader Bob Iger as he tells us in the video below about what BOLDNESS means and how it holds the power to create a lasting impact in the world.
Until I see you gain,
Don’t let the ARTist in you fade away.
Be bold and make a positive difference.
The world needs you to and your business soul deserves to.
